Work Questions
All work related questions should be sent by email first. Email allows questions to be tracked, followed up, referenced later, and replied to fairly.

Agent Facebook Group
Our private group may be used for questions that benefit multiple advisors, shared resources, and community support.

Urgent Messages
Messenger/text should only be used for urgent matters when we are both online. If the message is not urgent, replies may wait until proper attention can be given.

Calls & Video Chats
Work calls should be scheduled by email.
Urgent matters can be phoned to 250-280-4662. If unanswered, please leave a voicemail and the call will be returned as soon as possible.

Respecting Work-Life Balance
Messages outside business hours may be answered the next working period, unless urgent.
